Victor Judd Hough, 58, passed away April 24, 2014, in Kansas City, MO. Graveside services were held on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the Platte City Cemetery. The family suggested contributions be given to the Family for the purchase of the headstone to: Justin Hough 7230 N. Mersington Ave. Gladstone, Mo 64119.

Judd was born February 8, 1956 in Bay shore, NY to John Jack Hough Jr and Dorothy Ellen (Tate) Hough. He moved to the Weatherby Lake, MO as a youth, and lived in the Kansas City area ever since.  Judd was of the Christian faith. He worked as a surveyor for the city of Kansas City where he received several awards for his service over the years. Judd was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Martin Hough.  He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jean Hough, Son’s: Justin Hough (Christina) of Gladstone, MO, and Chad Hough of Kansas City, MO, Brothers, John Jack Hough (Joan) of Stroudsburg, PA, Richard A. Hough (Jean) of Visalia, CA, Terry Hough of Topeka, KS, Eric D. Hough (Brandie) Fruita, Co, Sisters, Judy (Robert) Mazzarella of Bohemia Long Island, NY and Nancy (Gary) Martin of Platte City, MO.
