Connie Eldreth

Connie Diane Eldreth, who loved to be called Nana by her grandbabies, departed her loving family on April 26 2021 at North Kansas City Hospital surrounded by her daughter and sister.  Connie was a great woman, a mother a grandmother and a great grandmother born on April 16 1956 in Westchester, Pennsylvania to Mae and Harley Eldreth.  She leaves behind a very dysfunctional family that she was quite proud of. Connie, also known as Nana was well known for her love of her grandbabies.  

Connie will be missed dearly and is survived by her brothers, Blaine/Ina Eldreth and Harley/Sherry eldreth, sister Elaine/David Jarboe, daughter Gina/ Tom Stamper and son Peter /Tasha Weiland ; Grandchildren, Peter Weiland IV, Jeremy/Shalia Stamper, Andrew Weiland, Jesse Stamper, Joseph Stamper, Ashlyn Hebert, and Tessa Weiland and two grandchildren she never had the pleasure of meeting, great grandchildren, Aubriegh, Rossiegh, and Harper Weiland as well as many cousins and nieces and nephews.

Connie was preceded in death by her loving parents Mae and Harley Eldreth, brother, Lee Eldreth and Grandson, Zackery Weiland.

All whom loved her dearly and will never forget her smile, her hugs, and her undying love and care for them.

Connie absolutely loved Mardi Gras parades and some of her most favorite memories were spent there.
