Holly Ruth Downing, 62, of Parkville, MO passed away Friday, April 27, 2018.  She was born January 13, 1956 in Parkville to Oliver and Margy (Matlock) Downing.

Holly graduated from Park Hill High School and spent the majority of her working career as a florist and bus driver.  

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Susie and Ruby.  Survivors include her son, Timothy Thomas Hartman and wife, Patricia; her siblings: twin brother, Hugh Downing and his wife, Patty, her brother, Larry Downing and her sister, Lisa Gay; granddaughter, Ayla Hartman.

A memorial service celebrating Holly’s life was held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at the Meyers Northland Chapel in Parkville.  Visitation was prior to the service.  Burial of the cremated remains followed at East Slope Cemetery in Riverside, MO.  Memorials were suggested to the American Cancer Society.
